Blueberry Sour Cream Streusel Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 1/2 cups Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp Butter or Margarine

Preparation
Step 1
Sift 2 cups flour with baking power, soda, salt and sugar. Beat egg with sour cream and milk. Stir in oil. Add liquid all at once to dry ingredients. Stir only until just blended. Carefully fold in blueberries. Spoon mixture into greased muffin pans. Mix brown sugar with 1/4 cup flour and cinnamon. Cut butter in mixture until crumbly. Sprinkle crumbs over top of muffins. Bake at 425 for 115-20 minutes or until topping is deep brown. Remove muffins and cool on a rack.
Yields approx 10-12 muffins.
