Caramel Popcorn

  • Syrup:
  • 6 Quarts of Popcorn
  • 1 stick of margarine
  • 2 C of Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 C Corn Syrup
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 1/2 Tsp of Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla



Step 1

Preheat Oven to 225 degrees.

Combine all ingredients for Syrup in a sauce pan and bring to boil for a couple of minutes. Take off heat and add 1/2 Tsp of Baking Powder and 1 tsp of Vanilla. Mix over Popcorn with a fork. Spread mixture on Cookie Sheet. Bake for one hour. Take pan out of Oven and let sit for 10 minutes then break up.
