Ingredients

  • 1 - 6 oz package reduced fat graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 – 8 oz packaged 1/3 less fat cream cheese
  • 1 – 14 oz can Eagle brand fat free sweetened condensed skimmed milk (not evaporated milk)
  • 1/3 c real lemon juice from concentrate
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1- 21 oz can Comstock Thank You or Wilderness cherry pie filling, chilled

Preparation

Step 1

In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.

Gradually beat in Eagle brand fat free sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in real lemon juice and vanilla.

Pour into crust; chill 4 hours or until set.

Top with desired amount of pie filling before serving.

Refrigerate leftovers.
