Aunt Judy's Rhubarb and Sour Cream Strawberry Pie

Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cups white sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3-1/2 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1-1/2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1-10 inch unbaked pie shell
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cold butter

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a large bowl, combine white sugar, 1/4 cup flour, sour cream, rhubarb and strawberries. Pour into the unbaked pie shell.
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and 1/2 cup of flour. Cut in the butter until the mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle on top of the pie.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for another 30 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
