This easy dish came about by playing with flavors, and you can change the flavor still by using various types of mustards.
boneless pork chops
½ to ¾
cups fried onions
*Note: We like using a spicy brown mustard best, however, also try a honey or dijon for different flavor.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place pork chops in a shallow baking dish. Pour mustard over the top of the chops and turn to coat. Sprinkle fried onions generously over the chops. Loosely tent with foil and bake for 20-30 minutes - longer for thicker chops.
