Ingredients
- 5 cups flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 dry cottage cheese
- 1 cream cottage cheese
- all spice & sugar to taste
- Water about 1 1/2 cups "add water slowly and mix"
- bread crumbs - browned
- half & half

Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour eggs and water (slowly) let rest. Mix cheese and spices. Roll dough thin in square, place about a tblsp in dough. Place in boiling salt water & cook till they float. Brown bread crumbs in butter & warm half & half to spread on top.
