Hot Artichoke Dip

This recipe is every bit as good as any of the restaurant artichoke dip recipes. It is easy and makes up in less then 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 x8 oz pkg cream cheese - softened
- 1 x14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 c "Real Mayonnaise" (not miracle whip)
- 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced

Cooking time 35mins

Step 1
Mix all ingredients with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Spoon into a 9" pie plate or quiche dish.
Bake at 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes or until very lightly browned.
Served with crackers, vegetable dippers or baked pita bread wedges.
This can be made ahead and frozen as well. Can also be split in half for a small group.
