Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 lb raw peeled shrimp medium to large
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup white wine or sherry
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook stirring just until it begins to turn golden 1-2 minutes
Add the shrimp and cook stirring for 1-2 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and are beginning to firm up. Sprinkle with paprika and stir, then add the wine.
cook for about 30 seconds. Remove from heat and add the parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Toss to mix and then serve immediately
