  • 10 T marg
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • pinch salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 7 oz condensed milk
  • 2 T lime juice
  • green food coloring optional

Preparation

Step 1

cream the marg & sugar together add 1 egg and mix well. Gradually fold in flour & salt. Mix lightly until smooth. Allow dough to rest. Roll out and place in pan allow to cool.

Seperate remaining eggs & wip egg whites till stiff. In a seperate bowl wip egg yolks, milk, lime juice and food coloring. Fold the whites into this mixture. Place in the cooled pastry shell and freeze for 1 hour.
