  • 1/2 cup of white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • 1 tablespoon of Lemon or Lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons of Lemon or Lime juice

Step 1

1. In a medium saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch.

2. Gradually add hot water stirring over medium heat until mixture is thick and clear.

3. Add zest and juice, mix well and serve warm.
