Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 c. potato buds, dry (reserve 1/2 c.)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 T. butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • Velveeta cheese, cut In 1/2" cubes
  • 3 T. butter, molted

Preparation

Step 1

Heat water, butter, salt and then stir in milk Stir in with 1 3/4 cups of potato buds WOT be stiff. Form 1 tablespoon around cheese cubes Stir reserved 1/2 cup potato buds with 3 tablespoons melted butter Roll balls in buttered buds and place on ungreased cookie sheet Bake at 400 degrees until light brown, about 10 to 15 minutes. Yield: 16 servings
Note: Con be made into 5 large balls and served for dinner
