Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1 Cup Sugar 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 3/4 Tsp. Salt 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda 1/8 Tsp. Almond Extract
  • 2 Eggs 1/2 Cup Chopped Almonds
  • 1 1/2 Cup Fresh Peaches, peeled and chopped, or 16 oz. can peaches drained and chopped.

Step 1

Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking soda. Add and beat in eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla and almond extract. Add almonds and peaches. Grease or paper line muffin cups; pour 3/4- full. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Yield: 12 servings. Note: Can be frozen.
