Aloha Quesadillas

Your waffle iron helps make this nice toasty-warm and soft tortilla sandwich stuffed with cheese, pineapples, onion, bacon and bbq sauce. Have fun and play around with whatever ingredients you have on hand. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- Flour tortillas, as needed
- Shredded cheese, as desired
- Crushed pineapple, drained, as needed
- Red onion, chopped, as needed
- Canadian bacon slices or cooked, crumbled bacon, as neded
- BBQ sauce, as needed

Step 1
Lightly grease waffle iron, but do not preheat.
Lay one tortilla on the cold iron. Add thin layers of cheese, pineapple, onion, and Canadian bacon. Drizzle with a little BBQ sauce and set another tortilla on top.
Plug in the iron, close the lid, and cook until the pockets made by the iron are light golden brown.
Serve with extra BBQ sauce and sour cream if desired.
