- 1 shot coconut rum
- 3/4 shot triple sec or Patron Citron
- 4 or 5 mint leaves
- 2 lime wedges
- Splash of Pineapple Juice
- Club Soda

Step 1
1. In a tall glass, add mint and lime and muddle together.
2. Add rum and triple sec / citron.
3. Add a splash of pineapple juice.
4. Add ice.
5. Top glass to desired level with Club Soda
