Ingredients

  • 2 ripe large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1 t coarse salt
  • 4 torn fresh basil leaves
  • 6-8 slices bruschetta
  • olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Mix tomatoes with sugar and salt. Let stand until tomatoes release juices, about 30 mins.

Toss with basil leaves and spoon mixture and juices onto slices of bruschetta. Drizzle with olive oil.
