Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tablespoons vanilla
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup raisins

Preparation
Step 1
Beat first 4 ingredients until fluffy. Add remainder of ingredients. Bake in 2 geased and floured loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until done. (This is a very moist bread).
