Spinach Dip

Ingredients

• 1 pkg Knorr Vegetable Soup mix
• 2 cups sour cream
• 3/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 - 8 oz water chestnuts, finely chopped
• 1 - 10 oz frozen chopped spinach

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw spinach, squeeze dry, set aside

Sir soup mix, sour cream and mayo until well blended

Stir in spinach and water chestnuts

Cover, chill for 2 hours

Stir before serving

Serve in hollowed-out Hawaiian bread.
