Ingredients
- PUMPKIN SPICE CAKE INGREDIENTS:
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 15oz can pumpkin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3 eggs, room temp
- For the warm vanilla glaze:
- 1 cup powder sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a bundt pan and set aside.
In a bowl of a stand mixer add all cake ingredients and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes or until well combined.
Pour batter into bundt pan and bake for 40-50 minutes, until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for 15 minutes in the bundt pan before releasing onto a cooling rack.
For the vanilla glaze, combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk until smooth.
Pour over cooled cake and let sit for 10 minutes to harden before cutting.
