Ingredients
- 3 large red onions, cut in wedges
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 TBSP balsamic vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3 TBSP grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for milchig meal)

Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 425
line a baking pan with parchment paper
place wedges on sheet in a single layer
mix all ingredients and pour over onions
bake for 45 minutes
