Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 1 \2 c salted butter, softened
- 2 medium bananas, brown spotted
- 2 lg. eggs
- 7 tbsp. Sour milk (1 tsp. white vinegar & enough milk to make 7 tbsp.)
- 1 tsp. Baking soda
- 2 c flour
- 1 \2 c chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees, grease loaf pan with butter & coat with sugar
Cream butter & sugar
Add bananas, eggs, milk & baking soda blend until smooth
Pour half of the banana mixture into thebuuter mixture with1 c flour mix until blended, add the remaining banana & flour mix until blended add nuts pour into loaf pan
Bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are dark brown
Cool completely before removing from loaf pan
You cancut slices after it's co pletely cool about 15-20 minutes
