Ingredients

• Turkey breast bone in roughly 5 pounds
• 1/3 cup honey
• 1 1/2 tsp Rosemary
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 3 Tb Dijon mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Remove skin from the turkey and throw away… Place turkey in roaster pan--season with salt and pepper… Mix honey mustard and Rosemary. Pour half the glaze over the turkey breast. bake 325 for two hours. Add water to the bottom of the pan. Last 15 minutes brush the rest of the glaze over the turkey .
