Turkey Coney Island Meat Sauce for Hot Dogs

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 Tsp Chili Powder*
• 1/4 tsp cumin*
• pinch cayanne*
• pinch paprika*
• dash oregano
• 11 oz (small can) tomato sauce
• 2/3 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Brown Ground beef
add remaining ingredients, mix well
bring to a boil
reduce heat and cover,
simmer about 45 minutes.
