    t minced garlic

    T worcestershire sauce

  • 6

    T lemon juice

  • 1/2

    C water

  • 1/4

    C minced fresh parsely

  • 3

    T melted butter

  • Pinch cayenne

  • 4

    chicken breasts (boneless skinless)

  • 1

    loaf french bread

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 In a medium sized baking pan mix the garlic, worcestershire suace, lemon juice, water, 2 T parsely, butter, pepper and cayenne. Cross hatch the smooth side of the breasts with 1/4 inch deep cuts to allow chicken to absorbe more of the suace. Place chicken scored side down in the pan and spoon sauce over the chicken to coat. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Stir remaining parsely into sauce, serve scored side up with a T of sauce on each breast. Serve with the bread.
