  • 2 apples
  • 2 t lemon juice
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • pie crust
  • 3 t butter
  • powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1) use spiralizer with large core slicing blade and peeler to peel apples

2) slice pieces in half and pour lemon juice over them. cover with sugar and cinnamon. mix.

3) lay out piecrust (2x8" circle) and place apple mix on crust. fold sides of crust up leaving the center visible. top with pats of butter

4) bake at 400 for 30 minutes

5) sprinkle with powdered sugar
