  • cups all purpose flour

  • ½

    cup sugar

  • 1

    tsp. baking powder

  • ¾

    tsp. baking soda

  • ½

    tsp. salt

    cup Greek yogurt

  • 1

    T. butter, melted

  • cup fresh strawberries, chopped


Preheat oven to 400 degrees In a large bowl, whisk to combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the yogurt, egg, and melted butter until smooth. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir with a fork until just combined. Add the strawberries and stir gently. Line a muffin tin with baking cups. Fill the baking cups a little more than halfway with batter. Bake for about 18 to 20 minutes, until a tooth pick inserted in the center comes out dry. Remove from muffin tin and cool on a wire rack.
