Asparagus with Wasabi Sauce

  • 2 pounds of Asparagus
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 4 teaspoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 Teaspoons of fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of Wasabi Paste...or more to your taste



Step 1

*Blanche the two pounds of Asparagus (Place Asparagus in boiling water for 1 minute, run cold water over Asparagus, drain and place in refrigerator)

*Mix Together: Mayo ( don't use diet), soysauce, Lemon juice,sugar,and Wasabi paste. This is your dipping sauce for the Aspapagus.

You can make both of these ahead of your serving time.
