Lemon Shrimp Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 6 eggs, boiled, cooled & chopped
- 2 cup uncooked Ditalini pasta
- 1 bag of LG cooked Shrimp, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, finely diced
- 3 green onions, finely sliced
- 1 tablespoon (if not more) finely chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 cup mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 sprig fresh dill for garnish, or as needed
- 1 sprig fresh parsley for garnish, or as needed

Step 1
1. Boil eggs, peel after cooling and chop
2. Cook & Drain Pasta, rinse under cold water and drain thoroughly
3. Add all ingredients to LG bowl and mix
4. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight
