Ingredients
- 1 pound cauliflower florets microwaved until soft,water squeezed out (abt 5 minutes)
- 1/2 cup spinach,microwaved,water squeezed out
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg plus 1 egg white
- 1 frozen garlic clove
- salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Spray a baking sheet with pam.
2. Mash cauliflower and spinach. Add the cheese,bread crumbs,garlic,and salt. Mix well and form into patty shapes. Place on prepared baking sheet and brush with egg whites.
3. Bake on 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Flip and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until slightly crispy
