Ingredients

    c chopped cooked chicken

    c Kalamata olives, sliced

    c mayonnaise

Directions

Drain and coarsely chop artichokes, reserving the marinade Cook rice. Stir in reserved marinade and cool Combine artichoke, rice mixture, chicken, and remaining ingredients Cover and chill 1-2 hours Yield: 4 servings
