Sweet Strawberry Cake***

Ingredients

• Frosting:
• 1 box white cake mix
• 1 box strawberry jello (small box)
• 1 cup oil
• 1/2 cup milk
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup mashed sweetened strawberries (not drained)
• 1 stick butter softened
• 1 lb. box powdered sugar
• 1/2 cup mashed strawberries, drained

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all cake ingredients together and pour into a 9X11 pan. Do not fill to the top of the pan, or batter will bake up too tall.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Mix all of the frosting ingredients. If too thick keep adding strawberries until it is the right consistency.
