Ingredients
- Gorgonzola and Cranberry Cheese Ball Recipe
- 1 pkg – 8 oz. – cream cheese softened
- 1 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese…….or blue cheese
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 T. each finely chopped onion, celery, green pepper and sweet red pepper
- 1/4 t. hot pepper sauce
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- Assorted crackers

Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl, combine cheeses. Stir in cranberries, vegetables and pepper sauce. Shape
into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Roll cheese ball in
pecans. Serve with crackers. Yield: 2 cups.
