Ingredients
- Salad
- 1 head bok choy, stems and leaves chopped
- 2-3 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 c sesame seeds
- 1 c sliced almonds
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 pkg. Ramen noodles, crushed (do not use seasoning packet)
- 1/4 c margarine
- Dressing
- 3/4 c oil
- 1/4 c red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 T soy sauce
- Mix ingredients together and pour over salad just before serving.

Step 1
Salad
1. Brown sesame seeds, almonds, noodles, sugar and margarine. Let cool.
2. Placee bok choy and onions in a large salad bowl.
3. Stir in noodle mixture.
4. Just before serving, pour dressing over the salad and mix.
