Potato Stacks

Ingredients
- 3 lbs potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp garlic (powder or fresh)
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Peel potatoes and cut them into very thin slices
Grate the parmesan cheese and add to the potatoes
Season with salt, pepper, garlic and thyme
Mix together thoroughly.
Grease 12 muffing molds with half of the butter
Stack the potato slices into the muffin molds on top of each other
Bake at 375 degrees for about 50 minutes.
Remove from oven and let stand for a few minutes.
Serve them with sprinkled parmesan on top
