Pork Tenderloin with Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients
- Pork Tenderloin-2 or 3 depending on number of guests
- 6 T. red raspberry preserves, seedless
- 2 T. red wine vinegar
- 1 T. ketchup
- 1/2 tsp. horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic minced

Preparation
Step 1
Rub tenderloins with olive oil, salt and pepper
Grill tenderloins until internal temperature reaches 145 to 160 degrees
For Sauce:
In a small saucepan combine preserves, vinegar, ketchup, horseradish, soy sauce and garlic. Simmer over low heat about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with pork. This sauce can be doubled.
