Ingredients

  • 1 (18.25oz) package lemon cake mix
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3/4 cup veg. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda
  • Instead of lemon pudding you can sub vanilla pudding and add 1 tsp of lemon extract.

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325.Grease and flour a 10" bundt pan.
In a large bowl,combine cake mix and pudding mix,then stir in the oil. Beat in the eggs one at a time,then stir in the soda.
Pour batter into pan. Bake for 40-45(maybe even an hr) min or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool 15 min in pan before inverting onto a cooling rack.
