- 2 cans Whole Water Chestnuts
- Bacon
- Teriyaki sauce
- Brown sugar

Step 1
Preheat oven to 500 degrees
Drain water chestnuts and put in a bowl. Add enough Teriyaki sauce to cover the chestnuts. Cover the bowl, put in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Cut bacon strips in half, then wrap around each chestnut and secure with a toothpick.
Roll the bacon wrapped chestnut in brown sugar and place on a parchment lined sheet pan.
Bake for 5 minutes, turn then bake another 5 - 8 minutes until bacon is done.
These are good hot or cold.
