Lime Jello Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredients

• 1 lg. can crushed pineapple
• 1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
• 1 large pkg. lime Jello
• 1 c. cottage cheese
• 1/2 c. chopped nuts
• 1 c. whipped cream

Preparation

Step 1

Drain pineapple and add water to make 1 1/2 c. juice. Put in saucepan and boil for 1 minute. Add marshmallows and melt. Add lime Jello and dissolve. Let cool until it thickens. Add crushed pineapple, cottage cheese, nuts and whipped cream and stir.
