Chili Lime Southwest Wraps


14 servings. Can make filling day ahead & store covered in refrigerator. Assemble wraps day being used.

  • 1/2 c mayo
  • 1 T lime juice
  • 1 t chili powder
  • 3 c shredded cooked chicken
  • 10 oz can diced tomatoes & green chilies
  • 15.25 oz can black beans, rinsed & drained
  • 15.25 can whole kernel corn, rinsed & drained
  • 1/2 c chopped cilantro
  • 7 (10 in) flour tortillas
  • Raffia, optional to secure tortillas



Step 1

In Lg bowl combine mayo, lime juice & chili powder. Stir in chicken, tomatoes & green chilies, beans, corn & cilantro. Spoon into each tortilla. Roll up tortillas & cut in half. Secure with raffia, if desired.
