Peach Pie - Frozen Peaches

Ingredients

• " Pie:
• 1 2/3 tbsp. cornstarch
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 tsp. lemon juice
• Frozen peaches
• " Pie:
• 3 tbsp. cornstarch
• 1/2 cup sugar + 2 1/2 tbsp.
• 1 1/2 cup juice and water
• Frozen peaches
• 2 tsp. lemon juice

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and put in uncooked pie crust. Add top crust and bake until done.
