Ingredients

  • 6 oz.(175ml) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 c (50ml) mayonnaise type dressing
  • 1/4 c (50ml) finely chopped drained sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
  • 1 tbsp. (15ml)grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 loaf whole wheat Italian or French bread cut into 1/2 inch slices and toasted

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except bread in small bowl

Evenly spread artichoke mixture on toasted bread

Broil 1 minute or until golden

Serve immediately
