Ingredients
- 6 oz.(175ml) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/4 c (50ml) mayonnaise type dressing
- 1/4 c (50ml) finely chopped drained sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
- 1 tbsp. (15ml)grated parmesan cheese
- 1 loaf whole wheat Italian or French bread cut into 1/2 inch slices and toasted

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except bread in small bowl
Evenly spread artichoke mixture on toasted bread
Broil 1 minute or until golden
Serve immediately
