  • 1 ⁄2cup quick-cooking brown rice
  • 3 ⁄4cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 1 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 1 ⁄4tsp. salt
