- 1 ⁄2cup pineapple juice
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
- 1 ⁄2cup quick-cooking brown rice
- 3 ⁄4cup diced fresh pineapple
- 1 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 ⁄4tsp. salt

Fluff rice with a fork. Stir in pineapple, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt. Serve rice with Teriyaki Chicken
