Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
• 1 c. sugar
• 1/2 c melted butter
• 2 eggs, well beaten
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/3 c. milk
• 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 1/4 c. all purpose flour
• 2 1/2 tsp melted butter
• 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Spoon into casserole dish. Sprinkle with the topping and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
