Potato Bake with Yukon and Sweet Potatoes

  • 2-4 Yukon potatoes, sliced
  • 1 large sweet potato, sliced
  • 4 T butter divided, 3 T cut up into pieces
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425. Melt 1 T butter in a 9" deep dish pie plate. Add one layer of sliced Yukon potatoes and l T butter, salt and pepper. Next add one layer of sliced sweet potatoes, 1 T butter, salt and pepper. Next add l layer sliced Yukon potatoes, 1 T butter, salt and pepper. Push layers down and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes covered and another 30 minutes uncovered.
