Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 6 large apples
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/3 cup sugar
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425*
Peel and slice apples.
Put apples in a 9x9 baking dish.
Sprinkle with the cinnamon and sugar.
In bowl combine:
The sugar, butter, eggs, flour, baking powder, and salt.
Put mixture on top of apples.
Turn oven down to 350*
Bake 20-30 minutes. Until golden brown.
