Ingredients
- 1 apple chopped
- 2 slices of fresh pineapple
- 1/8 cup of chopped walnuts
- Florida sugar crystals or sugar
- 1/8 cup of orange juice
- 1/8 cup of canola oil
- 1 tab of cider cinger
- 1 Tab of lemon juice
- Sea salt to taste
- 1/2 chopped dried cranberries or Cranraisins

Step 1
Mix all ingredients and chill well. Adjust sugar, orange juice and vinegar to taste. Serve with a twig of fresh mint.
