- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Step 1
mix all. Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans at 325* for 1 hour.
