Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup self rising flour (1 cup ap flour, 1 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/8 tsp salt)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place peaches in a greased 2qt baking dish. Sprinkle sugar over peaches. Cream butter and 1 cup sugar together. Stir in flour. Add egg and vanilla. Mix well spoon mixture over peaches. Bake 35-45 minutes or until brown on top.
