Ingredients
- 1 package Betty Crocker Lemon Velvet cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 package lemon jello or instant pudding (small package)
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup oil
- Glaze
- Powder sugar and lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients and spread in greased cake pan. Bake according to instructions on cake mix box.
When cake is done and while still hot, punch full of holes with a toothpick. Spread the glaze over the cake.
Due to high altitude in Utah the cake always sinks in the middle no matter what adjustments we make to the recipe
