I normally don't like sweet potatoes, but I love this dish. Especially the pecan topping.

Ingredients
- 3 Cups mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Details

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together the sweet potatoes, eggs, vanilla, sugar and melted butter. Pour into a buttered casserole.
Mix the brown sugar, flour, butter, and chopped pecans until crumbly. Top the sweet potato mixture with this.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
