Super Easy & Delicious Baked Carrots

These carrots are so easy & simple but you won't believe how good they are. They actually taste like they're candied. Even people that don't like cooked carrots love these!

Ingredients

  • Fresh carrots, trimmed, peeled & washed. Cut large carrots in half & cut the thick end in half lengthwise to make carrots uniform in size.
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Put carrots on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil (be sure to use foil or the carrots will turn black).
Drizzle olive oil on carrots.
Sprinkle salt & pepper on carrots.
Use your hands & mix carrots well.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour, turning once or twice during baking.
